Representing Developers and Businesses in Real Estate matters

Patrick D’Andrea has been representing parties in real estate transactions, land-use, zoning and planning matters and disputes for over 35 years. He brings a broad swath of experience having served as the Director of Community and Economic Development of a large Ohio county (Summit). In that capacity, Mr. D’Andrea was responsible for the oversight of all building permits and code enforcement, planning and zoning reviews and approvals, economic development programs including grant applications and approvals with a county budget approaching $500 Million.

He also has represented parties in zoning regulatory matters before government agencies and he has litigated many real estate, construction and related disputes. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in the regulatory approval process.
