He negotiates leases, amendments, right of way agreements, seismic testing agreements, royalty and mineral interest sales and purchases.  Mr. D’Andrea currently represents numerous landowners and businesses in the Ohio Utica and Marcellus Shale Oil and Gas play to drill and explore the Clinton, Utica, Marcellus and other formations in the Appalachian Basin.

 

Through his business experience and contacts, Mr. D’Andrea has developed unique business opportunities in the Marcellus, Utica and Devonian shale plays in the Basin. His services include operating agreements, joint venture agreements,  leases and leasing, amending existing leases, pipeline agreements and rights of way, oil and gas mineral sales, location agreements and much more.

 

He has represented many fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas and Real Estate Development aspects of his business. He has litigated hundreds of business and personal injury cases.

 

Mr. D'Andrea holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Akron College of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron. He has served on many committees in the public sector and has also served on many non-profit boards past and present.
